The Previous System
The client had reported water ingress into the property, so we attended the site to carry out an inspection. We found there to be two defective lead bays & the timber under the lead was defective & rotten.
The Solution
We removed the two existing lead bays & cleared from site. We then removed the defective timber & renewed with new 18mm WBP plywood. We installed a new lead roll, along with lead underfelt. Finally, we fitted two new code 6 lead bays & treated with patination oil.
