The previous system was code 5 lead
The Problem
The lead had come to the end of its lifespan. It had many splits in the roll bars, which had previously had repairs carried out but they were now causing further ingress. The lead lifespan usually tends to last for a minimum of 25 years and you know it has come to the end of its lifespan when it starts ridging up and splitting.
The Solution
We removed the existing lead from all 3 bays and laid new code 5 lead.
