The Problem

Sand and cement pointing was missing in areas and defective. Some soakers had slipped exposing lap, all soakers were worn and breaking down.

The Solution

London Roofing chopped out the old pointing and renewed with a weather struck point joint. We removed slates and soakers against the stack and fitted new alley soakers and new Spanish slates.
